What’s the difference between Jeeback massager and other massagers ?

Small, lightweight, cordless, and USB rechargeable. Much smaller in size is obviously the advantage. The massager weighs only 1.4lbs, you can easily carry it around. The USB charging and cordless design means you can use it anytime and anywhere.

Can I use it as a post-workout massager?

Yes, the massager will target your full body, from neck to shoulder, from back to lumbar areas, from your thigh to your calf. Plus it is small in size and lightweight, you can simply pop it into your gym bags.

Is the handle strap elastic?

The silicone strap has a little elasticity, allowing you to apply some pressure as you need while it won’t go out of shape.

Can I choose the intensity level?

You can personalize the intensity level by applying more pressure through the handle.

How do I know when the unit is fully charged?

The LED light on the buttons will become purple on a full charge.

Can this be used with massage oils?

Unfortunately no, the massager is not waterproof (neither oil-proof).

Can this be used while charging?

No, the massager will not turn on during the charging process.

Is the heat adjustable?

The temperature is not adjustable. You can either turn the heat on or off.

Shipping

How long does it take to get my order during Covid-19?

Due to the impact of Covid-19, the current delivery times around the world are somehow affected. According to our shipping suppliers, below is the estimated time each country takes to deliver during this period.

Europe:
United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium: 7-12 business days
Other Regions: 10-20 business days

Oceania:
Australia, New Zealand: 7-12 business days

North America:
United States: 7-15 business days
Canada: 15-25 business days

For the rest regions of the world, the local delivery is currently very unstable due to the outbreak. We are still coordinating with the shipping suppliers. And we will update here as soon as we have any information.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping around the world.

I just placed an order and I need to change it.

If you need to change an order that you just placed through our website, you need to email hello@thejeeback.com immediately with your changes.

Typically our orders take 1 business day to process, so if you catch us before your order has been processed we may be able to change it.

We do our very best in attempting to accommodate your request, but unfortunately we are no longer able to make changes once the order is processing at our Fulfillment centers and we cannot change the address or re-route them once they are shipped.

Returns

What is the Jeeback return policy?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days following your delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your products must be clean and undamaged.

What do I do if I need to return something?

Email our friendly customer service team to hello@thejeeback.com, and we'll provide you with instructions for returning your items. Easy as that!

When will I receive the refunded money?

Once the item(s) are returned to our warehouse, we will send you a refund for the amount paid for each item returned, minus a flat $8 return shipping fee.

How do I add a payment method?

To pay with a credit or debit card, simply fill in the required card information at checkout.

To pay with PayPal, click the "Pay with PayPal" button in checkout and you'll be asked to sign in to your PayPal account. After you sign in, you'll be taken back to thejeeback.com to review and place your order.
